During your initial 45-minute consultation, we'll discuss your health history, current situation, and goals. This is your time to share your health journey in detail.
We will intake as much information as possible during this session and share initial thoughts for your immediate consideration.
After the initial consultation, Kelly will deep dive into your needs.
Then, additional information will be shared at a 30-minute follow-up appointment (at no charge) with a suggested plan to move forward. We are here to educate you on what your body needs.
Upon booking, you will be emailed a link to a History Form to complete before your appointment.
Please bring along (or email in advance) any test results you may have received to date.
