Gluten Free Graham Crackers
Packaged "gluten free" products are generally loaded with other "stuff" you also don't want to eat. Food manufacturers put in lots of sugar and additives to make up for the lack of gluten. Additionally, gluten free graham crackers contain milk and eggs, which can be an issue for anyone who has a sensitivity to those foods.
For this recipe you will need:
A food processor
A 12x17 cookie sheet
Parchment paper
A pastry roller
A pizza cutter
A fork
Dr Ingredients:

2 cups brown rice flour
2 Tbsp cornstarch
5 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Instructions:
Food process all dry ingredients to mix well.

Cut into squares with pizza cutter.
Poke holes in the squares with fork.
Bake at 350F for 9 minutes.
Rotate pan (front to back) and bake for another 9 minutes.
